Beauty is such a weird concept. To strive for this subjective “perfection” of this intangible thing. I think pure beauty should reflect more than just some external factor. What do I find beautiful? A stranger passing out flowers to random people with a note “you are loved”. A mother laying eyes on her child for the first time. A moment of sitting on the beach counting the stars, forgetting all responsibility and sorrow. If we could just start using beautiful to describe something so much more than some subjective external thing, I think that would be a beautiful start of people focusing more on what really matters.
